    2018 to 2023

    Managed multi-million dollar digital projects and led the company’s top strategic initiatives to completion with cross-functional Agile teams. Received the 2023 ARDA Award for the Club Wyndham Waitlist project, and led discovery for a multi-brand mobile application.

  3. Project Manager (Consultant), BBA Aviation

    2017 to 2018

    Led the discovery phase of a payment platform upgrade.

  4. Director of IT & Product Development, Scitent

    2013 to 2017

    Managed the IT operations and product development teams, ran the software development life cycle with Scrum and Kanban, set the vision for new products and features, and owned the department budget.

  5. Head of IT Strategy and Lead IT Architect, Orange Dominicana

    2006 to 2013

    Owned the IT master plan and target architecture for a business-systems estate of more than 150 applications, validated with France Telecom Group executive management. Earlier, as Web Development Manager, led the Java team behind 50 web applications serving 1,000 users and 600,000 transactions a month, and redesigned the orange.com.do portal and web shop.

    2003 to 2006

    Built CRM and prepaid top-up systems for the mobile operators Orange Caraïbe and Digicel. Started in 2002 as a software engineer and team leader at Orange Dominicana.
